At this time, Skyward is more stable, and both the provider and the Allen ISD IT Department are actively monitoring the situation to keep you informed.

Investigating - Dear Allen ISD Staff,
We are currently experiencing intermittent lag and slow load times in the Skyward environments (Finance and Student). All Allen ISD network resources are functioning normally, and no internal network issues have been identified.
Preliminary information indicates that this issue appears to be affecting multiple school districts using the Skyward hosted environments. The IT Department is actively working with our cloud service provider to report the latency and request an update on the situation.
We will continue to monitor the issue and keep you informed as new information becomes available.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced severe service disruptions last night. As a result, some Allen ISD applications hosted by third-party providers have been intermittently affected by the AWS outages. Canvas has experienced intermittent access issues, along with other applications such as Canva and Clever. Most applications are now largely up and running, but we continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure full stability.
