Investigating - We wanted to give you a quick heads-up that Microsoft has recently updated their anti-spam policies, which has resulted in some users being blocked from sending mass emails through Outlook.

We’re aware of the issue and are actively working on finding solutions that will allow staff to communicate effectively while ensuring the security of our systems.

In the meantime, If you need to send mass communication, please use one of the following tools to avoid any disruptions:

Scheduled - Network switches will be replaced at the Service Center main building and transportation building.

Individual devices (including telephones, security cameras, PCs, wireless access points, and AV systems) will be offline for 15 seconds to 2 minutes, as they reboot and re-establish their network connection.

Additionally, all devices at the site will be offline for a few minutes as sitewide routing is migrated to a new core router.
