The Allen ISD IT Department will be performing a phone infrastructure update today starting at 5 PM. The update will take approximately 5 to 15 minutes and will enhance redundancy for the district desk phone services. Disruptions are expected to be minimal to none.

The issue affecting outgoing calls has been resolved. All services are now operating normally. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure stability.
