The Information Technology Department has resolved the issue affecting district web filtering where some categories normally accessible to staff were being blocked. Systems are now functioning as expected, and we will continue to monitor the environment to ensure stability.
At this time, the only endpoints still affected are a small subset of iMacs in specific classroom labs. These devices can still access instructional resources; however, some non-instructional categories may remain blocked on these iMac lab devices while we complete additional monitoring and adjustments.

Skyward Finance/HR and Skyward Student were experiencing intermittent access issues earlier today. The hosting provider has applied a fix, and services are stable at this time.
The Information Technology Department will continue to monitor the systems and remain in close contact with the hosting provider to track ongoing stability.
Skyward Family Access was not affected and remains available.

Agent Portal: Full access will be restricted.
Contact Portal: Users will not be able to log in or submit requests.
Account Services: Background processes, email-to-ticket creation, and integrated services will be paused. Any emails received during the maintenance window will be processed once the upgrades are complete
