Secure Print services to copy machines were fully restored earlier this morning (printing directly to campus print closets remained unaffected today and continue to be fully operational). The Information Technology team will continue to monitor systems to ensure stability following recent infrastructure upgrades overnight.

During this time, the Allen ISD portal (RapidIdentity) may be intermittently unavailable at any point within the maintenance window.
