Scheduled Maintenance Notice – Skyward Student Access and Family Access Jul 17, 2026 18:00 - Jul 19, 2026 18:00 CDT

Skyward Student, Family Access, and Skyward Finance will be unavailable due to scheduled software maintenance between Friday, July 17, 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, July 19, 6:00 p.m.

During this maintenance window:

Staff will not be able to access Skyward Student or Skyward Finance.
Students, parents, and guardians will not be able to access Skyward Student or Family Access.
Guardians enrolling students through the New Student Online Enrollment system will be unable to do so during this timeframe.

Skyward Student, Family Access, and Skyward Finance are scheduled to be available again at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 19.

Scheduled Maintenance Notice - Network Upgrades Jul 28, 2026 18:00-21:00 CDT

The Allen ISD Information Technology Department will be upgrading the district's core network infrastructure on Tuesday, July 28, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
During this maintenance window, Internet access within district buildings will be unavailable, and district resources and services that require access to the Allen ISD network may be intermittently unavailable while the migration is performed.
If you are accessing cloud-based services from home, such as Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Outlook email, Skyward, or other internet-hosted applications, those services are expected to remain available and are not affected by this maintenance.
All services on site are expected to be fully restored by the end of the scheduled maintenance window.

Resolved - Hello Allen ISD Staff,

This Skyward incident has been resolved, and Skyward Student and Finance have remained stable and fully operational since 6:30 p.m. yesterday.

The Allen ISD Information Technology Department will continue to monitor the services and remain in contact with ISCorp as needed.

A separate Skyward maintenance window is scheduled for today. Additional details and a notification will be sent to all Allen ISD staff accordingly.

Monitoring - Hello Allen ISD Staff,

Earlier today, ISCorp, the Skyward hosting provider, applied a fix to resolve the issue affecting the Skyward applications. Skyward Student and Finance have been operational since 6:00 p.m.

The Allen ISD Information Technology Department will continue to monitor the services and remain in close contact with the hosting provider accordingly.

Identified - ISCorp has identified the cause of the issue affecting Skyward applications. This is a widespread issue impacting several school districts. A long-term solution is currently being developed and implemented to address the issue and help prevent future occurrences.

We are continuing to work closely with ISCorp as they work toward a permanent resolution. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
