HappyFox will be performing system enhancements on February 22 to improve platform stability and performance. During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

Agent Portal: Full access will be restricted.

Contact Portal: Users will not be able to log in or submit requests.

Account Services: Background processes, email-to-ticket creation, and integrated services will be paused. Any emails received during the maintenance window will be processed once the upgrades are complete
