Dear Allen ISD Staff,

Laserfiche will undergo scheduled maintenance today, Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM (CT) for infrastructure upgrades, with an expected downtime of 60 minutes or less. All staff working on Laserfiche should save their work and close the application by 3:50 PM to prevent data loss. The application will be taken offline at 4:00 PM and will be inaccessible during the maintenance period. An update will be provided once service has been fully restored.
