RapidIdentity, the Allen ISD staff and student portal used to access district applications and resources, will be updated to the latest version (2026.04.0) following scheduled maintenance this weekend.

Maintenance Window:
Saturday, April 25 at 8:00 PM – Sunday, April 26 at 5:00 AM (Central Time)

During this time, the Allen ISD portal (RapidIdentity) may be intermittently unavailable at any point within the maintenance window.

No action is required from staff at this time. Thank you for your patience as we complete these updates.
