Hello Allen ISD Staff,

The issue affecting Skyward Student Access has been resolved. Users should now be able to access the Student Student normally.

Skyward HR and Finance remained available and was not affected by this issue.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while our team worked with ISCorp, our Skyward hosting provider, to resolve the issue.

Investigating

Hello Allen ISD Staff,

We are currently experiencing an issue with Skyward Student Access. Users may receive an error message when attempting to access the Student module.

Skyward HR and Finance is currently available and appear to be functioning normally.

Our team is aware of the issue and is working with ISCorp, our Skyward hosting provider, to investigate and resolve the problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
