This Skyward incident has been resolved, and Skyward Student and Finance have remained stable and fully operational since 6:30 p.m. yesterday.
The Allen ISD Information Technology Department will continue to monitor the services and remain in contact with ISCorp as needed.
A separate Skyward maintenance window is scheduled for today. Additional details and a notification will be sent to all Allen ISD staff accordingly.

Hello Allen ISD Staff,
Earlier today, ISCorp, the Skyward hosting provider, applied a fix to resolve the issue affecting the Skyward applications. Skyward Student and Finance have been operational since 6:00 p.m.
The Allen ISD Information Technology Department will continue to monitor the services and remain in close contact with the hosting provider accordingly.

Identified
ISCorp has identified the cause of the issue affecting Skyward applications. This is a widespread issue impacting several school districts. A long-term solution is currently being developed and implemented to address the issue and help prevent future occurrences.
We are continuing to work closely with ISCorp as they work toward a permanent resolution. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
