Thank you for your patience as important Skyward updates were completed. All Skyward web applications are now back online, operational, and accesible. You may access the applications through the Allen ISD portal.
Users who access Skyward applications through their phone will need to delete and re-download the apps from the Apple or Android store as appropriate.
If you have difficulty reconnecting your phone application to the updated Skyward instances, contact the Allen ISD help desk after January 3, 2022 at 469.675.2000 or by submitting a help ticket through the portal.

The Information Technology Department is currently working with the Skyward team to finalize important Skyward updates started in November of this year.
This scheduled upgrade will impact Skyward Finance, HR, Educator Access +, and Family Access System.
Each of these systems will be unavailable to users beginning Saturday, December 18 at 12 pm. The systems will be back online no later than Wednesday December 29, 2021.
Please do not make any changes or re-download the Skyward phone application until further notice.
