Monitoring - Users can once again click on the Google Drive icon on the Allen ISD portal to access Google tools (Allen ISD credentials required). The Technology Department is currently working with the vendor to finalize the single sign-on authentication process between the new portal and Google Drive.

Investigating - Users may experience a connection error between the Allen ISD portal and Google Drive. The technology department is currently investigating the issue to apply a fix as soon as possible.
In the meantime, Google drive can be accessed through the following direct link: https://drive.google.com (regular Allen ISD credentials).

Update - Portal Upgrade Update

Portal access for staff users will be intermittently unavailable throughout the weekend as migration work is completed.
No interruption of access for students is expected.

Identified - Allen ISD will begin the migration to an upgraded portal solution today (July 14). Services may be intermittently unavailable until we complete the migration within the next 24-48 hours.
Once the portal web address is redirected to the new site starting at 12:30 pm today, users (staff and students) will have to claim their accounts following the prompts in the new portal.
