This is to inform you that the Technology Department will be rolling back the changes made during the past week in order to get through the power outages and internet instability at STEAM. Although we were able get most services up through our secondary internet connection not all services are currently available. Once this maintenance item is completed all services will be restored to the status before the rolling power outages. Thank you for your patience and understanding through this difficult time.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Skyward Applications (Family Access, Finance - HR Systems, Student Information Systems), Network Infrastructure Services (Data Center Services, Identity and Access Managment, Internet Access), and Business Operations Services (Single Sign-On Portal - (Emp/Student), Single Sign-On Portal - (Parent), Technology HelpDesk System).
